Mac OS Catalina Premium lost

I suspected there exists a bug. I have bought your PRO account service in my Mac App Store and thus my account should become a PRO account. However, after purchasing this service, my account is still a basic account. Features for the PRO account is not available for me. Hey, what happened to my premium? Why I haven’t seen any feature of my premium?
