Problem syncin Android and iOS Premium Account

Hello, I have the app downloaded both on iPad and an Android device. I have a Premium subscription, which I purchased on my phone (Android) a while ago. At first the app was working fine on iOS as well as in Android but now it doesn’t seem to recognize my Premium account on the iPad, even though everything else (time logs) syncs alright. It was my understanding that one subscription would work on different devices, is it not like that?
